Terms & Conditions

1. Booking and Payment

  • A valid payment method is required to secure your reservation. Payment terms, deposit requirements, and accepted methods are provided during booking.

  • Payments are collected up front to secure your reservation.

  • Reservations are confirmed upon receipt of a booking confirmation email from Par La Rivière.

  • Minimum stay requirements apply (typically 2 nights, but subject to change from time to time at the management’s discretion).

2. Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • Cancellations must be made in writing via email to host@parlariviere.com.

  • Cancellations made more than 30 days before arrival are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made between 14 and 30 days prior will receive a 50% refund. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than 14 days before check-in. We strongly recommend guests consider travel insurance to cover unforeseen changes to their plans.

  • In case of force majeure affecting your travel plans, we will try to be as kind and accommodating as possible.

3. Check-In and Check-Out

  • Check-in: from 15:00 onwards (self check in using lockbox); check-out: by 11:00.

  • Earlier check-in or later check-out may be possible by prior arrangement.

  • Guests are requested to present valid identification upon arrival.

4. House Rules

  • Adults only (18+). Children under 18 are not permitted.

  • No pets allowed.

  • Smoking is prohibited inside all suites and indoor spaces.

  • Please respect the property, staff, and other guests at all times.

  • The Main Villa is available by special request and subject to separate booking and approval.

5. Liability

  • Par La Rivière is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to guest property during your stay.

  • Guests are liable for any damage caused to the property or its contents.

6. Privacy and Data Protection

  • Your personal information is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy (see below) and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

  • By booking, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described.

7. Complaints & Dispute Resolution

  • In the event of a dispute, you may contact us at host@parlariviere.com to seek a resolution.

  • As required by French law, you may also contact our appointed consumer mediator:

8. Modifications

  • Par La Rivière reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. The current version will always be available on our website.
